Shaun, the owner of Hatz Hair Studio, has been actively engaged in the hair industry for over three decades.  Being born in Uganda and raised in Sweden has provided an unlimited learning base for this internationally travelled hair designer.  His training commenced in Sweden through the completion of a six year in-depth study of the art of hair and continues through his participation in seminars and classes to ensure he is constantly aware of the newest products and concepts in hair design and technique for his clients.   He has been the recipient of numerous awards for his artistic talent and innovative ideas and has led the way in many facets of the industry.  Shaun challenges himself both personally and professionally, whether he's fundraising for various charities, winning local and international awards for styling, or helping newcomers further their own knowledge and expertise.

 

Shaun is dedicated to giving back to his community and continues to proudly volunteer his time every Monday to the hair salon he donated and established within the Margaret Fulton Adult Day Center 37 years ago where he cuts, colors and styles hair for Alzheimer’s and Dementia patients.
